REFUND POLICY
Enhancing Your World – Private Membership Association**
General Refund Policy
All memberships, services, sessions, workshops, retreats, ceremonies, wellness programs, and digital offerings are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Enhancing Your World PMA. Because services are delivered within the private domain and often require scheduling, preparation, and reserved space, refunds are generally not provided.
Membership Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable. Upon joining, members receive immediate access to the private domain, community, and internal resources; therefore, membership contributions cannot be reversed or prorated.
Service & Session Refunds
Sessions that are booked but not attended are non-refundable. Members may reschedule sessions as permitted by availability and scheduling policy. Failure to attend or provide cancellation notice results in forfeiture of the session.
Event, Retreat & Workshop Refunds
Due to planning, preparation, venue commitments, materials, and private domain access, retreat and event registrations are non-refundable. If a member cannot attend, credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on circumstances and the Association’s discretion.
Digital Products & Online Programs
All digital products, online courses, or downloadable materials are non-refundable due to immediate access upon purchase.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be communicated within the timeframe specified by the Association. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability. No-shows forfeit all payments made.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases involving emergencies or significant hardship, partial credit may be issued at the Association’s discretion. Credits are not guaranteed and are handled privately.
Policy Agreement
By completing any purchase, booking, or membership registration, you acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy as part of your private contract with Enhancing Your World PMA.
