The Energetic Buffet of Consciousness: Beyond the Labels of “Should” “Could” or “Would”

The Energetic Buffet: Beyond the Labels of “Should” “Could” or “Would”

In our journey toward Christ Consciousness, we often encounter a paradoxical wall. We speak of Unity, God, and Omnipresence, yet we navigate our daily lives through a dense thicket of separation. We carry Labels, Memories, and Expectations like heavy luggage, often forgetting that these were “given” to us inherited scripts we perform without questioning the Director’s direction.

To truly express a higher state of being, we must move past the “mental chess” of our interactions and step into the vast, inclusive reality of the Consciousness Buffet.

The Mirror of the “Other”

A hurdle to Unity is how we communicate. Most of us speak and listen only to respond. We scan the other person’s words for “errors” or “threats” to our own identity. When we do this, we aren’t hearing the person; we are hearing our own judgment of them.

True Awareness requires us to listen for what is not being said. Beneath the anger, the addiction, or the egoic labels of another lies the same singular Energy that fuels us. When we stop preparing our rebuttal, we finally have the space to witness the Divine in the “other.” While standing in the presence of a path of least resistance is appealing is it the currents of frequency that straightens the missed-alignments in a moment in time.

The Buffet of Belief

Imagine consciousness as an infinite buffet. One person reaches for “The Universe,” another for “The Creator,” and another for “Oneness,” or “Science.” These are simply maps of recipes expressing different flavors of the same source of ingredients.

The ego, however, loves to play the “Spiritual Police.” It stands by the buffet and judges everyone else’s plate.

It says, “You shouldn’t have that much ‘Money’ on your plate,” or “You’re not being response-able as me,” “Your ‘Jesus’ flavor doesn’t mix with my ‘Science’ flavor.”

When we do this, we stop “In-Joying” our own meals and how we share our experience. We forget that Christ Consciousness isn’t about having the “correct” ingredients; it’s about recognizing that the Chef, the Guest, and the Food are all One.

The “Should-ing” of the Self and others

Perhaps the most subtle trap is when we return to the buffet and begin to “should” on ourselves or tell others on what to try out of our senses of “caring or concern.”

We look at our past, a time when we felt more “empowered” “aligned” “enlightened” or “pure” and we judge our opportunities of the current plate. We feel guilty for tasting the “bitter” flavors of struggle, addiction, or doubt.

But if we truly believe in Omnipresence, we must accept that the struggle is just as divine as the triumph through it. There is an abundance of potential in every perspective.

The “Bitter” flavors provide the contrast necessary for Growth.

The “Sweet” flavors provide the Energy to keep exploring.

When you “should” on yourself or another for where we both are, you are essentially saying that God/The Universe is absent from your current struggle. This is the ultimate illusion.

Integrating the GAUGE

To live in a state of consistency of “In-Joyment,” we can apply the GAUGE principles to every “meal” we have:

Gratitude: Being thankful for the variety. Even the difficult flavors are “given” to us to help us expand what we can palate and prefer.

Awareness: Catching the “Internal Critic” before it ruins the taste of this shared and ever present moment.

Unity: Remembering that all labels, God, Creator, Oneness, Consciousness are just fingers pointing at the same moon and sun.

Growth: Realizing that a “messy” plate is often where the most profound lessons are hidden.

Energy: Shifting from the heavy vibration of “judgment” to the light, expansive vibration of “witnessing with discernment.”

Relate, Breathe, Communicate, Drink & Eat with Presence

We cannot express Christ Consciousness in harmony as long as we are busy policing the buffet line.

Whether you are interacting with a stranger or revisiting your own past, the invitation is the same:

Stop responding, reacting, or reenacting and start witnessing the frequencies of being, believing, and belonging.

Drop the “shoulds.” Release the labels.

The abundance of the Universe is already on your plate.

The only question is: Are you actually going to taste it?

Ready to stop “should-ing” and start BEING?

The buffet is open, and the abundance is infinite. Spend the next 30 days mastering the GAUGE principles with us. It’s time to move past the labels and finally In-Joy the plate you’ve been given.
