Cancellation Policy
Effective date: September 9, 2026 We know plans change. Here is how cancellations work, in plain language. CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT - You can cancel or reschedule any appointment from your dashboard, or by contacting your center. - Please give at least 24 hours' notice. With 24+ hours' notice you can reschedule freely or receive a full refund or credit per the Refund Policy. - Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, or not showing up, may mean your session (or one package credit, or your deposit) is forfeited, at the center's discretion. Life happens — if something unavoidable came up, reach out and we'll do our best to work with you. CANCELLING A MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION - Cancel anytime from your dashboard (Account → Membership) — no phone call or email required, though we're happy to help if you'd rather reach out. - Your membership stays active, with all benefits, until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. No further charges after that. - We don't refund partial months/years of membership already started, except where the Refund Policy or law says otherwise. CANCELLING EVENT & RETREAT REGISTRATIONS - Free events: cancel anytime — just let us know so we can free your spot. - Paid events and retreats: cancel 7+ days before the event for a full refund; within 7 days we'll offer a credit toward a future event where possible. Some retreats with hard vendor costs may have their own posted terms. PACKAGES - Unused package credits remain available until their expiration date and are handled per the Refund Policy if you need to cancel. Questions or a special circumstance?
