Effective date: September 9, 2026 Welcome to Enhancing Your World. These terms explain, in plain language, what you can expect from us and what we ask of you when you use our site, book services, or join as a member. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. YOUR ACCOUNT - You must provide accurate information and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. - One account per person. You must be at least 18 to create an account (minors may participate in services with a parent or guardian's consent and supervision). - We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the platform, harass others, or violate these terms. MEMBERSHIPS - Membership plans (Discovery, Community, Enhancer, Center, Vendor) renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. - You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; your benefits continue until the end of the period you already paid for. See our Cancellation Policy for details. - Prices may change; we will always tell you before a change affects your renewal. BOOKINGS & SERVICES - Appointments, packages, and events are subject to availability and the Cancellation and Refund Policies. - Wellness services at Enhancing Your World support well-being; they are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. - Enhancers (practitioners) are independent providers responsible for the services they deliver. PAYMENTS - Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Package credits, gift cards, and memberships are governed by the Refund Policy. LIABILITY - You participate in services, events, and movement practices voluntarily and at your own risk, as described in the Wellness Service Waiver you sign before participating. - To the fullest extent the law allows, Enhancing Your World's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. - Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. YOUR CONTENT & CONDUCT - Content you share in the community stays yours; you give us permission to display it within the platform. - Be kind. No harassment, hate, spam, or unlawful content. We may remove content that violates community standards. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Kentucky, unless the law of your home state requires otherwise.
