Beyond Identity: Many Expressions, One Living Field We’ve all been told directly and indirectly how we should, could, or would be a better version of ourselves in relation to how someone else chooses to live. Belonging offered conditionally. Improvement framed through comparison. Worth measured against another person’s beliefs, values, or comfort.
